El Chigre 1769
A few minutes from the Park of the Citadel is El Chigre 1769, a Catalan and Asturian vermouth and cider house, which is characterized by working with products of proximity, KM0.
El Chigre 1769, is defined as a "catarian" vermuteria cider house, that is, with two lands, two languages, two kitchens and a single dialogue: gastronomy, whose objective is to fend off good food. Therefore, it is supplied with organic products. In the set menu, we highlight the fish and shellfish of the Cantabrian, the Asturian cheese board and homemade desserts.
El Chigre, which refers to the apparatus used to uncork the cider and, consequently, to the establishment where cider was once served, is a place with a cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy good tapas with friends and family a good food.
